This conference takes place after COP26 and focus on major challenges to be addressed by Public Procurement:

How can the Public Procurement budget of more than 17% of EU GDP can be used to contribute to the COP26 targets on sustainability?

How can Public Procurement stimulate the public policies of innovation and of the digital transition?

How can the process of change of public authorities be supported avoiding the traditional lowest price award and moving to sustainable and innovative public procurement?

How can public procurement be used to accelerate such change and to build sustainable and innovative electronic public markets?

How can be developed urban and regional public e-market places (SMARKETCITIES) to promote more innovation and sustainability?

How can be developed supplies marketplaces for industry, namely, construction, based on sustainability criteria?

How can more modern procedures of public contracting ruled by the EU Directives of 2014 - Competitive procedure with negotiation, Competitive dialogue, Innovation Partnership, Dynamic purchasing systems and Electronic catalogues- be used to develop sustainable and innovative public procurement?
